I'm just wondering if besides a particular parking service's AUP/TOS if there was any sort of unofficial Code of Conduct (COC)?

I've been perusing various parking services TOS trying to see what techniques are allowed or disallowed to drive traffic to the domains. For instance generally traffic arrives at a parked domain either via type-ins, typos, or pre-existing links to specific parked domain. So would it be considered "wrong" to create new links to a parked domain if someone had that capability?

Just wondering as I read this thread...

...and was wondering what "bogus links or other methods" could mean?
