Domainers on DNFORUM kicking each other's A$$

Ok..it's not as bad as it sounds..but it's 3:40 in the morning and I can't sleep...so I'm writing weird shiet.

I noticed that in almost every single thread with 10+ replies...there's a fight...or a wit attack/exchange. It seems like everybody on here has a problem with somebody else.

For some reason (not pointing fingers) I've noticed most of these fights occurring between exclusive members...and the ones who have been on here for long. So...most of you guys make at least xxx,xxx per year, you are witty people, who managed to build the world around you in a way, that all you have to do is "work" at the computer, for some of you only a couple hours a day. WHY DO YOU HAVE SO MANY PROBLEMS WITH EACH OTHER?

I think your post is a good example of how threads turn into flames... Just because somebody may disagree with your post, you call them haters?..

Disrespect others and they will disrespect you back.

sometimes it's about ego, pride and feelings


as domainers, we are also people too

we interact with each other almost daily

some get a charge out of being the antagonist....
maybe they can't do it at home, so this is their outlet


domainers make money and are independent people.

they think "for the most part" for themselves ( until they get Pied-Pipered ) so they are very opinionated, as it would be assumed that they have a "strong will", which has led them on this path!

after all that, do you think someone wants to be pushed around?


one has to truly have the strength to exercise "self-control" in an envirionment where you can virtually do whatever you want!

it's probably because you can't see who's in the chat before you enter.

some don't like to enter blind, then see people in there that they don't want to chat with. it could send the wrong message to those inside.

though it's something i hope we can work on.

sure you can go across the street and see 36 people in chat, but ain't nobody there buying names with real cash!

Big, your first point in reply to mine I agree with.

Unfortunately that money sloshing around does not filter outside the 'club' or at least not very much of it, so to the normal domainer the 27 out of 28 members on this forum and many of the exclusives as well smaller deals done often is far preferable to the rank outside possibility of a 'big deal' happening on this forum.
