Domus Enterprises LLC - anyone know them?

Hi there guys

I'm trying to get in touch with the guys at Domus Enterprises LLC (ICANN accredited registrar) to renew one of my domains. I've managed to login to my control panel and try to renew but when I go through to pay it says "This is a demo sale. No charges will be levied, no payments made.".

I've tried calling and emailing with no reply.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try searching "Galcomm" here. It's also an ICANN registrar, they may not be partners, but they could be similar in giving domainers a headache.

As it happens I have another name with Haveaname.com who seem to be a carbon copy of Domus just with a different logo. Exactly the same problem there too... Every time I call I get through to a dodgy sounding answer phone, no mention of Domus, just "leave your message"...
