On 4/6/03 We stayed at Adobe Inn, in Santa Rosa.NM. This was a terriable experience. The room was filthy, bathroom was dirty(mole on tile, previous tenants soap still in tub, floor slicky, carpet was so dirty my wife's socks were black. We ask for heat and they said they would turn it on in 10 min.-never happened. For breakfast there was a open jar of peanutbutter and jelly for toast(we did not eat). We left the heater/ac running hoping for heat and all get got was a loud noise. we do not want anything in return, just thought you would want to know. We have stayed at many Best westerns
and this sure turned us off.
