Enom - delay in order

is anyone experience a delay in their orders at enom?

I have many orders that say 'processing' or 'authorization succeeded' and not billed next to them.
this has been going on in some names for over 48 hours!
and the not billed is relative of course since the funds allocated for the names are not available but are at the account balance and not at the available balance...
