People keep mentioning registrars that will act on your behalf and register a .EU for you if your located in the US or outside of the UK. Can anyone please share some of these registrars/ways that this can be done since registration is sooo close? Thanks !

as far as i know there are non who are provinding this kind of service. you can order on a person's behalf if you have any contacts who is currently residing in the EU.
