False Ads on the forums...?

Hey, just saw a Google Adsense ad at the top that said:
$5.99 Domain Registrations

Clicked it, brought me to Registerfly. Needless to say, there was no $5.99 domain registration, only $9.99. I hate registerfly anyways.

How come with the false ads?

I dont think its misleading at all.

Infact I dont think its personally the best way to egt teh best ROI from Overture or google.

People could click the ad and most of the time, would be thinking .com for $5.99.

When they see it isnt, they may leave.

If the fees were listed in the ad in total, most clickers wouldnt mind the fees.

JMHO.

I use to specify no price in certain listings. Then added the price later.

I got less clicks, but the conversion was much better, thus my investment with OVT and google was more rewarding, i Guess
