Free Invite & Platinum Membership FAILED

I tried to take advantage of the free invite & equal membership offer for a friend of mine, but the process failed and although her account has been created on dnforum, it is NOT a platinum lifetime account. The invitation key code was used and the instructions were followed, but the account created for my friend is not a platinum lifetime like it should be. Please advise.

i also hada that problem and send a mail to admin and they made my account up to the level

I have rechecked the account again under the username "jen" and it shows platinum lifetime membership status.
