It is cheat because it get part of (not a small amount)advertisers and publishers money ,but doesn't provide real effective support ,and do not take effective action to fraudulent action.There are fraudulent clicks expert still make 100,000 USD per month.

Technology bugs and disable accounts:google said if Chinese portal have English ads,then it is Chinese webmasters fault,because they think it should takes on Chinese language...But webmasters have no idea,they their accounts are disabled when google have to pay.

Any other reasons to say:Google is the biggest cheat on Net?
