Hello,

I've posted this in Area 51 as well, sent two support requests (one was two weeks ago), and a private message to DotComGod - and still no response.

Two problems... When someone clicks on "view my profile" from a message I've posted it goes to the wrong user. It should go to "http://www.dnforum.com/member-~kingpin~.html", however, it is going to "http://www.dnforum.com/member-kingpin.html".

Problem #2: Purchased a custom avatar, although mine doesn't show up.

Regards ~

maybe try to PM one the administrators about that eg. impactadmin who will most likely respond to your problem

Give them to at least Monday to look over the issue. It appears to be an issue with the "~" character in your screen name.

Hi,

Issue 1:
I apologize however because you have used these special characters in your username. i.e: ~ the system does not recognize it. The only solution is to change your username to something that does not use these types of characters, and possibly use something like: -

Issue 2.
Please email me the avatar and I will post it up for you. [email protected]

Thank you
