Help finding ovt names from expired lists

Ok so i have a good list showing deletes for the day. But how can i check ovt without banning my IP? I know u use proxy stuff, but i have no idea how.

Also......when do you scan deleting lists? like i have a list for today, the 10th. When do i scan them? is there a program that can export them for easy bulk register?

im trying to slowing build a revenue portfolio......just looking for direction.
