I've been asked by a customer to help him managing a couple of com.pa domains, let me explain in details: he owns 2 com.pa domains bought one year ago through Sedo, both of them are in his name but we don't understand what're the best Dot PA registrars today on the market nor how renewing them where they're now (one of them is managed by ivx.eu which ask for 65 EUR per year to renew it including the hosting package that our customer don't need).
Not easy to understand if the other doman has been registered directly through nic.pa or other registrars, it's a new and confused market to us, we don't know how moving the first steps to find a registrar where safely transfering both of them and solving his problems once for all.
Is anyone able to help us ? A registrar in Spanish language would be fine too, if not available an English interface but we should find a soluton soon; if you think to be able to help us, please, PM me and I'll tell you more.
