Highimpacttraffic ?

Hello,

I wonder if anyone here has used highimpacttraffic and experienced any problems?
The reason I am asking is that I never bought any traffic before and (as I saw the link) thought it might be a good idea to once try.
So I only bought 3000 impressions:

but NEVER got contacted for my banner etc.

I did sent mails to their support and sales, but they did not even answer them.
Nevertheless the bill was paid with my cc.

I just think this is OUT OF ORDER !!!
