How can I install signature?

Hello!
I have done some search in the my "Settings" but still can't get how can I install my signature there.
Please help me to find out the way to install it.

Settings >>> My Settings >>> Edit Signature

My Settings is on far left column (third box down) and then Edit Signature

Gold level members are not allowed to have signatures. The admins turned it off.

Thanks for the information. I got it now. I wonder if that will be allowed with platinum subscription?

I have upgraded plan and signature is working for me now.
