How does the PR affects the price of a domain?

Well PR means links, links mean traffic
But for example the link only traffic of a PR4 site to another PR4 site, varies A LOT


So let's assume you have to evaluate a domain, let's leave away all the other factors, how does only the PR, change the value of a domain for you....in $?
