4x12 = $48/year
.com domain on most cheap registrars: $12/year
hosting at HostMaria: $24.50 (unlimited websites, unlimited databases, 100Gb space, 1Tb traffic)

You are not overpaying much, and it seems have a decent deal, especially if they allow you to pay for your domain name on monthly basis.
