then you place an offer for xxx, and they say- looking for more here...

ok, why the freak are you posting that way to begin with?? dont they know how annoying and misleading that is? and a waste of time? if you are NOT going to "accept" anything under xxxx, then why are you accepting offers in that range- you are NOT in fact accepting them but rejecting them-
