Illegal transfer requests

Hi,

I occasionally receive transfer requests for my domains by other parties thru various registrars even though I don't even know who are these people.

I generally ignore them as my domains are locked and protected.

In last 1 week or so I have received 3 transfer requests including one today for my domain VacationZilla.com

There is a long email with an attachment (which I didn't even open). I will post 1-line from the email below:

The Schlund+Partner AG has received a request from

1&1 Internet Inc. on behalf of The Radcliffe Group

on 25-Aug-2005 for us to become the new registrar of record.

I have also received similar emails recently for other domains such as CreditZilla.com, PokerZilla.com, IndiaPoker.com, and many other domains.

Even though I always ignore these requests but what would you do in this case?

contact 1&1 about it, so they can stop these scumbags.

I tried contacting Schlund but they basically said "don't worry about it" (Admittedly, this *might* have been a transfer request issued by mistake, but there is no way of telling really).

Maybe I should have contacted 1&1 instead of Schlund.
