Hello webhold, DNF points/bucks are simply "credits" you get by either posting or you can even purchase them..they are used to buy things from the Reward store http://dnforum.com/store.php
(look on home page ..you'll see "reward store" right side)
We use them sometimes to barter for other peoples talents (having a logo made, installing a script etc..)
Basically DNfs funny money..you can even exchange them for cash..I think the going rate is about 1.5 cents per hundrd ..whoopie !

DNBucks are points you acquire after making posts.
You can later use these points in the DNF Store to obtain
an Avatar (little icon next to your name), or a personalized title.
Nice thing about DNF is there is DNBucks auctions where
you can actually get domain names for your dnforum bucks!
