IP Banned bug

I am not sure if some one does it intentionally but I am getting banned for sometime in the morning or for whole day when I am accssing the forum from my office. Can you please fix it?

I have opened a support ticket last week, had it followed up three times but no response.

I have opened a support ticket today again but no response so far.

Please it seems a torture to me now to see myself banned every other day.

I hope this query will get noticed over here.

I have opened it lastweek and I have asked this question 4 times in that ticket without any relply.

Yesterday I tried to create another one twice but did not get any confirmation email both of the times.

Now what to do?
