is it possible to be scammed by a paypal verified member?

Wasn't trying to be rude. Im sorry for your loss. :greensighw:

Just speaking first hand from my own experiences... Paypal is horrible when it comes to disputes.

The only other option I was ever left with was to write it off as business expense / loss.
 
eCheck, Dispute with your bank since it came from your account. Just call up your bank tomorrow that would be your best bet!
