Is this price justified ?

A domain i tried to buy has overture extension of 0 but over 27000 searches for the keywords with a.co.uk extension,the price quoted was nearer the 10k mark and im talking pounds not dollars.
I cannot name the domain as he may be a member here !

Is this price Justified ?

If OV is zero I am not sure what the point is. Are you attempting to sell to the UK owner? It doesn't sound like all that great of a deal.

Supply and demand factor suppose and if you dont need the cash you could say 50k for bhndmfjfvjnvlkenrqnvnnafv.com who cares if you not desperate to sell,im the same got offered 1500 for a domain i got at reg fee a few weeks back but turned it down.

To be honest ive never sold a domain just keep buying until i run out of cash or the mrs boots me out LOL but to be honest i need a good clear out an its gonna be soon as the cash starts to dry up !
