When I lived in Baton Rouge, LA, a furniture store owner went out of business every 6 months and immediately set up a store in another part of the city.

The city wanted to get in on the action so they started charging for going out of business permits.

About 15 years ago there was a furniture store in our town - that used to put up these huge banners out front every couple months that read......

You couldn't see the 'for' until you were all the way up to the front door of the place. Heh!
