Joe, a banned DNForum member, has asked to be reinstated. Since I'm not aware of Joe's infractions I'm putting it to a vote of the DNForum membership. If 2/3 of the membership votes to allow him back, he will be unbanned. Otherwise the members have spoken. Joe has agreed to putting this to a vote. You have 3 days to cast your vote.

Thanks,

Greg

Maybe you want to "take a poll" on this...lol

If I had deleted you, you wouldn't have been able to "LOLOLOL"

You miss this place already and you haven't even left. :D

And you're creating more $ for Joe.

I will agree--after reading some of the posts that people have showed from Joe--that he is a little different--but where is the real harm? Should we only allow members who act alike--and talk alike?
**************************************************

try getting 10, 15, 20 long meandering spam threads when he gets drunk or stoned.

I've been on other boards he's been banned on.

In every case it was the admin that acted as the members became fed up with the BS.

He was banned here for the same reason! And now you'd like him back:rolleyes:

The fact that he's been banned every where he's ever posted is a big warning that I feel I should heed. But what the hay? He's easily ban-able so let him prove himself again.

Here it is:

Whoever has no sin among you can cast the first stone.

You don't have to log in.

Joe wrote me:

2/3 looking no good, 2/3 is not fair too, it's hard to be a boss lot of times, that's why i stay a drunker.

you try to please people, that's good concern. i don't care get back or not, don't worry, read is good enough for me.

just hoep to see some hot dns and sales, good luck to the board!

If you wish to change your vote before the end of the poll, Let me know. We can put the chad back in your ballot punch card. :D

Regardless of the past--he is a domainer who apparently enjoys talking to people about domain stuff--and we all know how tough it would be if we had no place to post.

I always pull for the underdog--and Joe definitely falls into that category. He may have invented that category after what we've seen people say about him.

Greg - I came here with the hope you would provide a better forum - a better place to be....

You should never ban folks becuase they are a little quirky, or because the rattle on, or because they disagree with most. But - when a person is so disliked for his actions (and he has a LONG track record) - then, it is time.

I don't care for myself - but I strongly suggest you delete this thread if you allow that trouble maker back in. His personal attacks have caused many problems off the board (and I am not talking verbal).

That's why it takes 2/3. It's impossible to make everyone happy.
I don't deny, I am trying to make Joe happy. He already sees the effort being put forth to get him reinstated. I think if he does get reinstated, he will moderate himself and be a model DNForumer.

So I guess you won't be changing your vote. :D

Greg - Agreed - My vote remains NFW

But then again, I voted FOR Nixon ...
(hehehe)

ROFLMAO - no need to anything more....

Personally i think Nixon was one of our greatest presidents.

You're the owner, just unban him and be done with it if that is your wish.

Please change my vote from No to Yes.

Hmmm...

No 2/3 majority - but at least you got 58 people to actually commit to a decision - that is progress on it's own!

I thought you had a change of heart when saw that you posted.

The polls are still open. :)

When will they close? This is feeling a little drawn out in internet time :D
