There are no restrictions on the ownership of a .be (Belgium) domain, but keep in mind that you can't transfer ownership without starting a TRADE procedure, which costs as much as a new registration, but also includes 1 year registration starting from the date of the trade. (eg. this costs 16⬠@ eurodns).
