Looking for partner to develop web-hosting.biz

I have this domain: "web-hosting.biz" and I intend to develop it.
But I seek a partner to have ideas (resseling / affiliate / forum, etc, etc) for this domain, and having some knowhow of this area. This partner would be responsible for the regular maintenance and attendance. I have knowhow in Web development, applications, design, etc.
Any idea or business model is well coming.
