Wanted: Service Looking for someone fluent with Social Engine

Looking for someone to install some 3rd party plugins and tweak my site's appearance. I am new to SE so need someone that's able to install the plugins that I am going to buy and also someone that knows some good templates. Not sure if this is for any old developer, SE is a tricky code.

Need some help here...had a guy install some plugins on snowmobilers.com and the site is completely unstable..you can see an error at snowmobilers.com/admin

users cant stay logged in, cant sign up for new accounts, admin login doesnt work, instant messenger doesnt work..something about not being connected to database

willing to pay a programmer who knows how to fix and properly install plugins
