Hello friends i m in confusion Now.
I have received an email that u have won a lottery of ZAR 2,214,800.00 (south africain currancy). plz contact our clime manager before 29th july for ur prize.
i send mail to cilme manager than he sent back me a form to fill it and send it viva email attachment. i sent the from to him. yesterday i have receive a phone call from them. that we have sent u Email in which we provide u the the details of lower. u need to provide him the documents to the lower than you can receive ur prize money. i asked him about the fee for it. he replied that there is no fee for it. but the expences for documents are 250 US Dollors. You have to pay.
I think it is a frud. what u say about it.???

It is a scam. If you win any lottery, you will never have to pay for document expenses. Tell them to take it off of your big check.

Undoubtedly a scam, I have received an extraordinary number of shockingly similar emails. All of coarse are scams and are deleted immediately. I would suggest you do the same.

One of the oldest type of scams online OR offline.

You win “something” (or so they say), but you need to pay for a processing fee, taxes, registration fee, shipping, etc.

People who perpetrate these scams are sick criminals who often prey upon our most vulnerable citizens.

And after someone is scammed, they are oftentimes put on an “easy prey” list, and will be hit again…and again…and again.

The losers who perpetrate these crimes are among the lowest form of scum on the planet.

Depends on the locatino of the criminals.

If they are in a country with Police who don't care or are subject to bribes, then correct, they can't be caught.
