The lack of control over the Chinese "genious" does not cease to amaze me these days. A German museum was given fake terracotta figures and held a large exhibition, before Chinese government authorities stated that the figures were...fake, Made in China no less

one of my best friends was just in china for a while, and my cousin works for a federal trade organization in China, they both say if you are doing business with China and Chinese companies and not expect to get screwed you are very naive.

there was a show on Discover channel, showing the density of pollution in some factory towns in China.

the pollution only takes a few days to travel to the west coast of USA.


so we are being poisoned on two fronts with the lead particles in imported toy products from China.

not to mention the crap that was mixed in pet food...

I bought a Chinese grown Pomelo a couple of months ago, and within 2 days my whole house was swarming with tens of thousands of the largest fruit flies I have every seen in my life. It was the sickest insect infestation I have ever had to endure.

I bet in China, this would be called a "2 for 1 meal". Get 1 Pomelo and large side order of fruit flies for free. We guarantee you will have enough for at least a side dish.

Is not only Chinese to blame. There is big pressure from buyers for low price. People go shopping and usually take the cheapest crap. So at the end everyone makes only small profit and customers are not happy with quality.
