Matt's WHOIS Script ...!

I am thinking of using Matts whois script.

If any of you are using it or know the script...could you give me some tips on the PRO's and CONS of the same.

If there are any known security issues, how can i overcome them ??

to be totally honest, i am not sure which script our key webmaster used for the 'who is' tool.. i can find out though.. it's a great tool.. exhaustive..
