just because he sis not 'stand up for himself' in court and on the stand does not automatically mean he is guilty of anything. There are many people who have phobias of being in the center of such cases, and from what I have seen, MJ could very well have 'anxiety' problems when it comes to facing the media and courts.

I have no opinion on this matter, as I don't know enough about it, but just because someone does not take the stand it does not mean they are guilty. There are many psychological factors to consider.
