I own a "myTown" domain (myLLLLLLL.com) and I just got an inquiry from someone wanting to buy it. I wasn't going to sell it but might as well since I'm not using it. I have no clue what to charge though. Any suggestions?

Facts:
Coastal town in Hawaii with almost 50K residents. The buyers wants to create a town informative/portal type site.

I'd ask for a reasonable $199 (or even lower) for your myLLLLLLL.com. Think about it - I'm sure names like TownofLLLLLLL.com, GoLLLLLLL.com, WhatsOnLLLLLLL.com & LLLLLLLToday.com are available for reg fee. But just my opinion.
