Anyone had experience with name.com?
basicaly ive been having problems with them lately let me tell you what happened
nearly 2 weeks ago i wanted to transfer around 36 domain names from Enom over to my name.com account
paid for it and all
usually name.com will send an email to the whois information of the domain name where you have to click on to initiate the transfer...
however still today ive have not received one single email confirmation
I have phoned them up around 3-4 times each time they said the email would be sent within 30 mins it never did
ive emailed them too ..no response
now im losing a bit of patience considering some of the domain names i wanted to transfer are gonna EXPIRE soon
I dunno what to do..should i file a paypal chargeback against them?
ive tried everything im still not getting nothing ive had assurance that they would send the confirmatino email many times but nada nothing i got!
