Hi,

I won a domain auction at namewinner. it's the 3rd day after the auction end but they still have not bill me for that domain.

I have already created 2 support ticket via namewinner support function, but no response from them.

anyone knows what is the phone number of namewinner?

Thanks.

you have to call doster directly at their corp office and ask to be transferred to the namewinner program, I have had to do this in the past about 7 or 8 months ago.

look on your credit card statement

Well, they didnt bill me for the domain i won in auction. So I'm trying to call them.
Anyway, their billing system is having problem. Everything work out fine now.

Thanks.

They always have a billing problem when you win names , but the same CC details work fine when they auto renew the names in the account.

The last time I called it was: 360.253.2210 ext 5933

Thanks.

Anyway, i am wondering whether those dropcatcher purposely bill late or trying to hold on your domain longer so they can earn a little more ppc traffic themselves...

Imagine how many free ppc traffic they've earn that are paid by the bidder.

Doubt it.

I think this is it....they waited a week after I won a name to bill me too.

I have reason to suspect that Namewinner is beginning to bid against their clients in the 3-day auctions on the names which are generating higher ppc revenues in the first few days of acquisition.

possibly but not necessary just Namewinner. (MY Opinion) I highly suspect Pool does.
