Hello all,
This will be a strange request to those that do not know my situation already.
But, I need to put some money (about $100-$200) in to my Paypal account and I cannot do that myself because I live in Costa Rica (heaven for climate; hell for business) and the banks here suck. I cannot get a regular credit card that Paypal will accept.
I am curious if anyone has a merchant account (2checkout or auth.net, etc) and would be willing to send a paypal payment to my paypal address after I pay via credit card and the money settles?? I may even be willing to wait for a whole billing cycle to allow time for you to see that there will not be a chargeback...
In short, I can't use the credit card with Paypal on my own because they want to 'verify' every card by charging $1.95. Well, my cards are virtual, single-use cards and I can verify the card; but that uses up the one charge. After the card is verified, it's useless and cannot be charged again (to fund the account).
