Need some help! (Guestbook Script)

Hey folks,

I own the notorious "World's Largest Guestbook" but i've been pushing it back for a few months b/c a spam bot hit it and I changed everything to moderated posts..

So now i have 4K in the que, and i can't ban by Ip b/c they are different IP's..

So.. anyone know a guestbook script that supports the funky character generation that you have to retype & also supports moderation b4 posting public?
