NetOneDomains.com: transfer refused, all help requests ignored

A few months ago Pool put my name with NetOneDomains.com. The names are not locked, and 2 transfer request were refused. They provide only an email address for support. I have cc'd ICANN, their ISP, and the contacts listed for their own domain; no reply after 3 weeks. They are running from a PO Box in Kuwait:

PO BOX 709
SAFARI
KW
965 224 8574

This seems to have 'SCAM' written all over it.

Has anyone every been able to transfer names from them? Our should I issue a chargeback to Pool for these names?
