New section: "Domains for trade"

I think this should be done: a new section "Domains for trade" so we'd have:

"Domains for sale"
"Domains for trade"

This forum is great, it has anything an investor can dream but we could still better it with all our ideas ;-)

I did put together a post to do this in the $dnf auction/sales area but a whole section would be a good addition to the site...
