No email notifications

I'm not receiving my PM notifications by email, nor updates to subscribed threads.

So I submitted a support ticket at oursupportsite.com a few days ago, but have heard nothing. I've just submitted a new ticket (Ticket ID: TUM-51950) - hopefully I'll hear something now.

i in fact just got the email notification of your reply - i was not aware that it was fixed today - it must have been fixed after 9 pm est or i just don't get notifications of one thread ...anyway time will tell and i will put in a ticket if needed. thank you
