If we are not contacted by the person we wont the domain from after 2 or 3 days are we to contact them?

Also, there's a GREAT story in a thread right above or below this one ... where there was an e-mail delay and everything worked out perfectly in the end. 
Remember, too, yesterday was "Super Bowl Sunday", and if anyone felt like I did this morning ... certainly, one could understand a modest delay. Send him or her a PM ... I'm sure it'll work out in a timely manner.
