31,65 degrees Celsius in Florida right now?
We're happy here if we get over 5 Celsius at daytime.
It's now 10pm here, I'm going out and I guess it's about 0 Celsius...
I remember that temperature didn't matter that much to me if there's no wind. I was going out few years ago in my tshirt to throw the trash and it was pretty nice at -20 Celsius. Not that I would light a cigarette, stay and get some fresh air but it was ok with no wind at all.
