Overseas Corporations - Where are you Incorporated?

So I have been looking at a few options to move away from my LLC based in the states and possibly looking into forming an overseas corporation. My main motivation is simply tax savings, although I know there is alot of issues you have to deal with when it comes to bringing the money back into the states. I was wondering if any of you have any recommendations for countries to form an corporation/llc in and the benefits of certain countries. And if you did it online, what service did you use?
