overture keyword reliable?

Hello,

I want to ask whether or not the Overture keyword suggestion tool is reliable?

Im trying to find out what is the best keywords to target for my site, when I use the tool above, and type in "photoshop", it appears that people are typing in "Photo shop" (with the space) rather than "photoshop", is that accurate? so according to that tool, I should optimize my site for the keyword "photo shop" rather than "photoshop" ?

Im pretty much clueless about these stuffs, so any help would be appreciated.

always put your keywords in every possible way

In overture it will show you by a darkened area which is the best posibilty
Use other tools. Put the name in search engines and see how the name is used and change the domain names as your website changes it's needs.

i would also suggest checking it in google as well and see the results to get a better idea.
