Hi all,

For some reason I've got stuck with the domains teletubbies.cc, stinky.us, stinking.us and star-trek.nu. Well, they are not too bad and appear to have "Huge overture" (whatever that is).

If I go to http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/ and check the domains I get these values:

teletubbies: 46513
star-trek: 122617
stinking: 2316
stinky: 1440

So what does this say for these domains, since they are not .com's and "might" have some TM issues...

In your case, the overture numbers mean nothing.

As nice as those domains may sound, they're all trademark
infringements and should have never been registered.

It's the .CC and .NU extensions that stink.

Stinky and Stinking should not be any TM issues based on the name themselves.

The other two are a different story but not automatically infringing.
