What do you think about this domain?

I like it a lot. It can be a kit for property self-transfers ie "transfer by owner" just like "sale by owner".

This will work for cars, RV's, yaghts even homes and condos.
Some additional comments:
-property changes hands every day and the legalities and costs of transferring it are inevitable
-if you were thinking an ownership transfer service, I am skeptical cause of the workd owner not ownership.
-i think it could fetch more than $500 easily is marketed to the right party.
