Hot keyword "pad".
Honestly I don't really have any exact figure in mind. If pad.com, I am sure it is worth hundreds of thousands if not millions.
But comparing to another 3letter .co.za domain sale, fly.co.za was sold for US$60k+ in
2010.
For gTLD, "pad" keyword has decent sales in the past:

This domain is related to very popular keywords, can be related to:
