In my opinion ads are ok in a paid forum. The pros outweigh the cons.

I see absolutely nothing wrong with ads in a paid forum, or any other websites, including non-profit sites.

Plus, keep in mind many of the paid members are lifetime members meaning dcg will not get yearly income from them as it was a 1 time payment.

In addition, it is likely paid member funds are not that substantial anyway where a good profit could be made from them, without being supplemented by commercial ads.

I think there is too much advertising. The banner at the top of Domains For Sale has just been added, its all too much!
