I tried to submit a complaint and got this message:

Thank you for contacting us about your Buyer Complaint for the transaction
detailed below. As stated in our User Agreement, PayPal's Buyer Complaint
Policy applies only to the shipment of goods. It does not apply to
complaints about the attributes or quality of goods received. Therefore, we
are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a refund.

Is there anything I can do?

If you used your credit card through paypal and if the purchase was within the last 30 days then call your credit card company and have payment reversed , say you got ripped off on the internet, if you used your checking some banks will do the same thing. If you used cash in your paypal account forget it , you got ripped off, one reason why I cancelled paypal and will never use it again.

I had it happen once using my bank account and the bank retrieved the money from paypal, $600. I walked in the bank with a print out of my paypal dispute and told them it was a fraudualnt sale that went thru paypal and they instantly retrieved the money back, though paypal was pee'd and cancelled my account, but I got the money back.:)
