closed People's First Names?

Anybody ever have luck selling domains that are people's first names? I have never sold any, nor do I know anybody who has. I do not know where to begin.

I got a dot com for a friend, he didn't want it for free! I then made it my main handle

I also got my wife's 1st name dot com, she then got the dot net and org herself.

It's more vanity than anything, and mostly becomes just a glorified home-page.

Not a big fan of porn sites, but just my "read" on these names:

A lot of female "porn operators" use their "real" first names for web site URLS to showcase their assets.... "Pammy.net" or "Briana.net" could be such a site.

Marge.net sounds like a good "Senior" porn site name! :laugh:
-- hmmm 70 million baby boomers turning 55 this year...maybe not such a bad name after all (lol) If this doesn't work then a "Marge Simpson" Fan site might work..

side note: The org's wouldn't obviously work for this type of venture.
