I recently started doing this and have received several times more inquires and offers on my available domains.

Change the nameservers to
BUY-THIS-DOMAIN.NET
and
DOMAIN-IS-FOR-SALE.NET

This will park your domains with buydomains.com, and let potential buyers know the domain is available. Buyers see the nameservers and recognize the name is available.

yahoo.com

RJ, doing what you suggest is a risky business move. It definetely will increase the number of offers and inquiries you receive, but it will guarantee that you will lose the name if you are ever forced to defend it in a WIPO suit.

I don't see it any more risky than listing the name on eBay, Afternic, GreatDomains, etc.

Besides, I don't do any of the above with my WIPO bait.
